在金門的聚落裡總會見到幾棟洋樓，它們是遠渡南洋的出洋客寄錢回家興建的。你曾經對這些洋樓感到好奇嗎？它們和其他閩南建築有什麼不同？洋樓落成後，住在裡面的人從此就過著幸福快樂的日子嗎？林馬騰老師是住在烈嶼上林35號的洋樓主人，他的叔公蓋了這棟樓，而房子則裡藏著幾個小秘密，秘密的背後是有趣的歷史故事和時代經歷。
9月20日是全國古蹟日，邀請您到上林35號做客，聽洋樓主人說故事，一起讀叔公從南洋寄來的家書，並一一拆解屋裡的秘密！ 洋樓主人介紹：林馬騰老師，金門文史工作者，從事地方歷史與文物的蒐集與研究，並出版鄉土史料書目多冊。壯年時才搬進自家的上林35號洋樓的他，自小眼見洋樓的興衰與發展。

集合時間與地點： 14:05於烈嶼九宮碼頭集合。我們將搭乘14:10（北南線）公車往上林 （從大金門出發的民眾，可搭乘14:00或更早的交通船，從水頭前往九宮碼頭）。 欲自行前往者，請於14:25於烈嶼上林35號洋樓集合。
Walking through many of Kinmen’s villages, visitors will easily spot some exquisitely adorned buildings that look utterly different from the traditional Chinese brick houses. They are known as yang-lou, or Western-style buildings, homes of the many overseas Kinmenese who made a fortune in Southeast Asia between the end of the 19th century and the mid-20th century. Lin Ma-teng is one of the very few who still live in a yang-lou, which, in his case, was built by his granduncle. Be his guest on the 3rd Saturday of September, National Historical Landmark Day. You will learn about Mr. Lin's family history and the stories about the house. You will also be invited to solve a few mysteries about some of its architecture details. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
Meeting Time & Point: 14:10 at Jiugong Pier, Little Kinmen.
We will take a bus from there, leaving at 14:10, to arrive at our destination. To get to Little Kinmen, you are suggested to take the ferry at 14:00 or earlier at Shuitou Pier. You can also meet with the group at 14:25 at No. 35 Shangling Village if you choose to take your own means of transportation.

林馬騰老師，烈嶼人，金門文史工作者，從事地方歷史與文物的蒐集與研究多年，並出版有多冊鄉土史料書目。壯年時才搬進自家的上林35號洋樓的他，自小眼見洋樓的興衰與發展。
Lin Ma-Teng is a local historian and prolific author. He is also an avid collector of historical documents and artifacts. Although he didn’t move into his current home, a Western style historical building that his granduncle built, until he was older, while he was growing up he witnessed the rise and fall of the family.
